[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="What exactly is Digital Marketing as opposed to Regular Marketing?" tags="Digital Marketing"][wm_text_block]

Digital marketing is pretty much anything that’s online or web-based: PPC, SEO, email, web design, etc. Traditional marketing is still seen as those offline marketing activities: print, direct mail, radio, TV, etc. The two types are definitely converging, but many agencies may only offer one or the other.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="What’s it like working with an Agency as yours?" tags="Digital Marketing"][wm_text_block]

This is obviously different based on the Agency you’re working with.  At a lot of marketing companies you’ll be given an Account Manager who will be your single point of contact. At Webclick, your account manager will be responsible for communicating with the departments handling your project to ensure professionalism.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="What Social Media should I be doing?" tags="Digital Marketing"][wm_text_block]

This is a biggie.  People want to know what the social media secret sauce is.  The truth is, We don’t have it, and either do the droves of social media experts, thought leaders, and influencers. Your social media strategy needs to align with your business strategy, and until we understand that better we can’t tell you how to do social media. Do you want to focus on customer service? Content marketing? Lead generation?  Like any marketing undertaking, your social media goals should align with your business goals.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="Do I need SEO?" tags="Digital Marketing"][wm_text_block]

It depends what “kind” of SEO we’re talking about.  As I’ve written about before, traditional SEO (on/off page optimization, linkbuilding, etc.) has evolved to also include SOCO SEO – Social and Content. The new SEO includes the traditional optimization and linkbuilding tactics, as well as fresh, valuable, and shareable Content, as well as the marketing of your brand and content using Social Media. Do I think businesses need and benefit from this type of SEO? Yes I do.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="I tried Google AdWords but it was a waste of money, could you do better?" tags="Digital Marketing"][wm_text_block]

This is always a loaded question.  To get the best results from PPC/SEM or Google AdWords, you need the 3 “E’s”: Expertise, Experience, Effort. You need the training and expertise, a certain amount of experience, and a lot of time and effort to be able to produce successful PPC results.  Most businesses that fail with PPC usually lack in at least two of these things.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="How do you get a lot of Twitter followers?" tags="Digital Marketing"][wm_text_block]

Again this is something where there is no secret sauce.  It’s about writing and curating valuable content, being a strategic follower, and building relationships. Our digital marketing esperts have the experience to get the best result for you.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="Should I be using Hubspot?" tags="Digital Marketing"][wm_text_block]

Marketing automation tools like Hubspot are not a panacea.  Yes, they can automate email drip campaigns, let you create landing pages, and help track leads and optimize your website. But they’re not tools that automate your marketing. You still need people to write and design emails, run split and multivariate tests, and use analytics to make intelligent marketing decisions. In other words, they’re tools that should complement your marketing team, not the other way around.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="Can I afford a Digital Agency like Webclick?" tags="Digital Marketing"][wm_text_block]

Agencies come in all shapes and sizes, and serve clients in all shapes and sizes.  Generally speaking, we work with clients who have several thousand Naira in marketing budget per month as well as small scale business.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="What is your design service and how will it benefit me?" tags="Branding"][wm_text_block]

We provide a professional graphic design and advertising design resource to our clients. We design for all mediums, taking into consideration future brand growth needs. Some of the most common design solutions include advertising, brand logo / visual identity, brochure, exhibition, packaging, direct mail, marketing, stationery and website design. Your company will benefit from having experienced design professionals applying intelligent marketing and design solutions to answer the brief presented.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="Surely I can do all my own design work in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher?" tags="Branding"][wm_text_block]

It is often counter productive to attempt to design your own company literature, website etc. A good graphic design agency will have professional experienced personnel that will think beyond the job in hand and offer an objective view on the project. Webclick strives to develop a concept for every job, not just produce something graphically interesting. Microsoft Word and Publisher are also not always user-friendly for printers, we ensure every file created is of high resolution and of a press ready format.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="If I commission a design project who owns the copyright and intellectual property rights?" tags="Branding"][wm_text_block]

By default all creative works produced by Webclick remain the copyright of Webclick unless contractually agreed otherwise. This allow us to protect our works from unauthorised modification, plagiarism or use that is beyond the scope of the original project.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="Where do we start and how do you involve your clients in the design process?" tags="Branding"][wm_text_block]

We always start by thoroughly discussing the details of the project with the client. Essentially we call this the design brief, it can be verbally communicated through a meeting. We encourage the client to contribute ideas and samples of items and colours that are liked. Equally important is to understand concepts that the client doesn’t like. When we are satisfied we have enough information to work with, we will begin the project by researching ideas, considering concepts and then laying out design visuals, these will be forwarded to the client for feedback. We listen carefully to our clients feedback and make the necessary changes to the layouts and offer advice on why we arrived at the design conclusions submitted. This process of amendment and resubmission continues until the design naturally evolves into its final form.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="What if I don’t like what you design?" tags="Branding"][wm_text_block]

This is rare. Sometimes we hit the nail on the head first time, sometimes it can take a number of discussions and design submissions before the client is happy with the concept. Ultimately we always ensure our clients walk away satisfied and we feel comfortable that we have put out a job to our highest standards within the confines of the timescale, brief and budget provided.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="Surely I can do all my own design work in Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher?" tags="Branding"][wm_text_block]

I’m impressed by your design portfolio how much do you charge for your logo design?

Our rates for logo design range between ₦5000 and ₦20000 depending on the number of design iterations we provide.

[/wm_text_block][/wm_item][wm_item title="Can you produce a style guide or brand guidelines document for other designers to follow?" tags="Branding"][wm_text_block]

Yes, if we are creating a logo and visual identity for you we recommend producing a brand guidelines document. This illustrates to other designers and graphic professionals the importance of maintaining a consistent brand image for your company through careful use of the logo, typefaces, colours and placement of elements on a page. A document such as this often covers do’s and don’ts and provides an incredibly helpful resource to others. It also demonstrates a level of professionalism within your company that marketing and brand image is an important asset you maintain and protect.
